Chris Neppes is passionate about marketing, branding, the Internet, solutions and people. He brings 16 years of experience building brands and products, developing new markets and strategic alliances, and expertise in Web, social media, software and product development to the companies and folks he works with.
Prior to founding ResultRocket, Chris directed B2B marketing and lead generation for NTN Buzztime, Inc. (NYSE MKT: NTN), a leader in entertainment, events and marketing solutions for bars and restaurants nationwide. Chris also previously directed marketing for HealthFusion, Inc. He stewarded the launch of the company’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management software solution to a strategic partner he helped secure, the American Osteopathic Association, and to doctors across the country – creating millions in return on investment. He also served as the Director of Sales and Marketing and is a current board member for Port80 Software, Inc., personally generating millions in sales and crafting a long term partnership with Microsoft Corp. He has worked in-house for firms and also at ad agencies, including Dorland Global/nitrogen in Philadelphia, where he built the healthcare marketing firm’s first Web development team in 1999 while later boosting sales 250% in two quarters. His experience runs the gamut of industries, both B2C and B2B, and he has worked for brands as diverse as AT&T, Mercedes-Benz, Penn Racquet Sports, McDonald’s and Bristol Myers Squibb.
Chris holds a BA in English from Duke University with a Markets and Management minor, grew up in both the United States and China, and is married with a beautiful daughter.
