Rachel Neppes is a talented public relations (PR), social media and marketing professional with 17 years of experience catalyzing a company’s unique story with passion to create meaningful resonance for its brand in the marketplace.
As founder & vice president of ResultRocket, Rachel Neppes leads all PR, social media and marketing communications initiatives on behalf of the firm’s clients ranging from start-ups to large, public companies.
During her career, Rachel has personally garnered national earned media exposure equivalent to billions of dollars in paid advertising. Her experience spans across a gamut of business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) sectors, including technology, mobile, consumer products, professional services, industrial, environmental, hospitality and non-profit.
She got her start in the PR profession in 1998 with Gibbs & Soell Public Relations in New York City, implementing national public relations campaigns for Rhone-Poulenc Ag (now Sanofi-Aventis) and Eastman Chemical Company. Rachel then went on to work for boutique PR agencies in Philadelphia and New Jersey before relocating to San Diego in 2003.
With several client successes under her belt, Rachel enjoyed 8 years with Berkman Strategic Communications in San Diego where she created and orchestrated award-winning PR programs for Sanyo North America, Human Touch, McKenna Long & Aldridge, and other esteemed clients, before returning to her hometown to form her agency ResultRocket with her husband, Chris Neppes.
Neppes is a graduate of Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Print Journalism. She is also a member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and the recipient of several industry awards for excellence in the PR profession.
